Description

Futura Alpina Alpine architecture firm brings true luxury to the mountain with our 13-story wood and glass high-rise – complete with lush green spaces on every balcony. This remarkable building has the potential to replace the classic alpine huts and provide a new alpine home for discerning clans and billionaires with a need for space.

Our building offers many advantages. The vertical construction allows for optimal use of space, while the extensive balconies and green spaces enable an almost seamless connection to the surrounding nature. Last but not least, every floor offers a breathtaking view of the Alps, which gets even better with every floor.

Just as the gigantic sequoia trees of Yosemite National Park fearlessly face eternity, our high-rise building stands steadily in the Alps. The natural strength and durability of these trees inspired us to create an equally impressive living space for our discerning clients.

But every innovation encounters challenges. The biggest of these is the high bribe costs at the local zoning office. Another problem is competition. Other clans and billionaires may be tempted to build even larger towers on neighboring mountain peaks - a challenge that we want to overcome with creativity and finesse.

Our 13-story high-rise is more than just a structure; it is a landmark that shows the way to the future of alpine life. A high-rise building that combines functionality, luxury and nature in a harmonious balance, offering the ultimate destination for those who do not want to compromise between space and style. Ultimately, our mission is to think beyond the horizon and lead the Alps into the new age of luxury architecture.
