The Alpine Pinnacle Residence - The vertical alpine hut 2.0

The Futura Alpina high-rise modernizes mountain hiking tourism. The tall, narrow wooden and glass buildings optimize the space and maintain a connection to nature. Despite challenges such as beavers, woodworms and wind, they are setting new standards.

Description

We proudly present a structure that radically turns the traditional concept of the alpine hut on its head. Our tall, narrow high-rise building made of wood and glass brings mountain hiking tourism brilliantly into the 21st century.

Our design combines the advantages of vertical space utilization with the use of environmentally friendly materials. Just as woodpeckers prefer tall trees for their homes, our building also takes up vertical space, increasing capacity without unduly burdening the natural environment.

The concept of our high-rise building revolutionizes the conventional idea of alpine accommodation. The many balconies offer guests individual outdoor areas and incomparable panoramic views. By using glass and wood, the connection to nature is maintained and at the same time offers modern, contemporary living comfort.

But such an innovative approach also brings with it challenges. Various natural actors such as beavers and woodworms are showing an unexpected interest in our wooden construction. In addition, the proximity to the traditional activity of loggers presents a challenge. Strong winds can also pose a threat, as can fire safety issues that arise when using wood as the main building material.

Despite these challenges, our vision remains unchanged: combining tradition and innovation to lead mountain hiking tourism into a new era. With our high-rise we want to set an example and pave the way for future architectural developments. Because, as a well-known saying goes, the tallest tree catches the most wind. And we are ready to harness this wind and sail into the future. Because the future belongs to the brave.
