Description

It is with great pride that the Futura Alpina Alpine architecture office presents a breathtaking building: a high-rise made of wood and glass that nestles harmoniously against the mountains of the Swiss Alps near St. Moritz. This architectural masterpiece was created specifically for the discerning chic crowd from Munich and Zurich.

Our select clientele immediately appreciated our avant-garde vision. A prominent Munich resident raved: "Absolutely bewitching. You feel like you're on a James Bond set, only without the explosions!" A Zurich investor called it "a masterpiece that captures eternity in a moment."

The sophisticated design of our high-rise building is a masterpiece of fusion of natural materials and modern aesthetics. It rises majestically against the picturesque backdrop of the Alps, while the glass facades offer panoramic views of the untouched mountain world.

But the true genius of this ambitious project lies in its transience. The building is only planned for a short but intensive period of two years. Because of and despite the risk of avalanches, falling rocks and unstable mountain sides, we see this challenge as a unique opportunity to create a non-permanent presence.

Despite the seemingly absurd idea of building a building for just two years, the investment is justified by the exorbitantly high room prices that exclusive guests are willing to pay. As one Zurich guest aptly remarked: "I'll pay any price for views like this. An unrepeatable luxury that's worth every cent." In this sense, there is no doubt: it is worth it. But just like the fleeting beauty of an alpenglow, our skyscraper is destined to shine for just a moment and then fade but be remembered.
